UFA Conference
I was excited to see this year's UFA Conference because 1.) I didn't have to work on it this time around and 2.) They got some interesting people. So I got up early on a Saturday morning and had a lot of fun. I got to see Kumar from the Wes Anderson films, who's just the sweetest guy imaginable. I got into the argument of film vs. digital as a projection format and was absolutely shut down by Sarah Kernochan. And after hearing the Project Greenlight writers complain about how Slither's poor performance is preventing Feast from being released, I gave them a pair of Slither T-Shirts.
I also got a peek at the first 40 minutes of Feast and was absolutely blown away. It's the real deal.
