Factchecker - missing feature in Word.

Caught a little bulletin on the "oncoming onslaught" of factcheckers against Michael Moore's new Fahrenheit 9/11. It discounts the armchair factcheckers that have repeatedly critiqued Bowling For Columbine for it's "lies" (My favorite - that the "Blind" man who got his firearms license - the critiques claim that Moore lies because the man can vaguely distinguish light from dark. The crowning part being that they quote the man where he calls himself blind.) The bigger part that it ignores is the draw that Fahrenheit will have. F 9/11 will undoubtedly be the biggest documentary in the US in it's history. Not only that, it has the potential to meet this record in its opening weekend. Bowling for Columbine currently has the domestic record at about $25M - with all the controversy that's been stirred up (a la "Passion of the Christ") Fahrenheit has the potential to be the movie that opens up the market to documentaries even more than Bowling For Columbine did. Hopefully the public reception to the movie will be one that encourages people to go out and find other documentaries they like, discover the likes of Errol Morris and more. This can be the one that changes it all. I can't wait until Friday.
